I do yoga weekly (or at least try to), I do sit ups nightly, I don’t eat as much as I do, and yet, I still get comments from people telling me I’d put on weight.
Maybe I should really try some best weight loss supplements and see if after that, loosing weight will be more effective and more ‘visible’.
