I bought a pack of wholemeal almond flour from iHerb<\/a>, and it was about to expire. Remember a recipe a friend shared with us a while back, I made some almond cookies with the flour.<\/p>\n

A delicious, crumbly cookies, it’s tough to stop munching on them once started.
\n<\/p>\n

\u2665Recipe For Almond Cookies (from Melyssa)\u2665<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong>
\n120g almond meal
\n180 flour
\n45g castor sugar
\n45g icing sugar
\n1\/4 teaspoon salt
\n1 tsp baking soda
\n1 tsp baking powder
\n120ml peanut oil (I used rice bran oil)<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong>
\nPreheat oven to 180C.
\nCombined all the dry ingredients, then add in the oil to form a dough.
\nShape them into small balls and bake for 15mins. <\/p>\n

Simple and easy recipe and you’ll get a lovely melt in the mouth cookies with nice almond taste.<\/p>\n
