\nOn Saturday, while on our way to Ipoh<\/a>, she started singing the last word of the Do-re-mi song with me. This is how we sing together :
\nMe : Doe a deer, a female <\/span>
\nZara : Deer<\/span>
\nMe : Ray, a drop of golden<\/span>
\nZara : Sun<\/span>
\nMe : Me, a name I call my<\/span>
\nZara : Sef (Self)<\/span>
\nMe : Far, a long long way to<\/span>
\nZara : Run<\/span>
\nMe : Sew, a needle pulling<\/span>
\nZara : Dat (Thread)<\/span>
\nMe : La, a note to follow<\/span>
\nZara : So<\/span>
\nMe : Tea, I drink with jam and<\/span>
\nZara : Bed (Bread)<\/span>
\nMe : That will bring us back to<\/span>
\nZara : DO<\/span>
\nAnd then she’ll clap her hands upon completion of the song. Still a long way from Luke Von Trapp<\/a>, but both Daddy and I were extremely surprised that she had actually learnt up the last words in 2 days.<\/p>\n
She also likes to hum the tune sung during the puppet play, but it goes something like this : Last night, when I told her it’s time for bed, she pointed to the TV set and said, “Put! Put! Bye Bye! Seep!”<\/span> Haha.. she wanted me to play her Clip #3. After that song, she took my hand pointed upstairs, and said, “Go Seep!”<\/span><\/p>\n See, I’m happy taking a rest from Barney!<\/p>\n
