You can get the smaller seat to put on the adult toilet for her to sit. I have 1 of those and Emily love it.

cleaning up? heh heh… my mom did it.

natalie is born a ‘clean freak’. she just doesn’t like paint or dirt or anything alien to be on her hands. she’d insist that i wipe it off.

because of these, she potty trained herself rather quickly… seriously, she hated the feeling of pee streaking down her legs… hehehe…

I do give her rewards, but she hasn’t used the potty even once.. so no reward there yet. 🙁

So far, she has no complain, and her skin too..
Yeah, I wonder why they are afraid of potties.

That’s how my MIL trained her kids.. and she said I should do it like that too.. forget it la..
That’s not training, that’s just trying to get lucky. 😛
I’ll let her do it when she’s ready.

Your MIL do the action.. my MIL use her mouth.. Aigh.. in the beginning wanted to leave Zara at her plc with my maid, she wasn’t very happy with the arrangement. Luckily King’s Wife offered to have Zara at her place.. or else, I’ll have big headache.
That’s why I don’t quite want to listen to her teaching me how to bring up my kid, you don’t want to participate, now don’t ah-chi ah-chor la.

Both of you so lucky.. got mummy around to train them. That’s the best arrangement actually, to have your own mum looking after your kids.. I’m so envious!

Mom did a great job toilet training Ethyl…It has been many weeks that she goes out without diapers on in the day (with mom around).

I was too lazy to bring her to the loo, so whenever Mom isn’t around, I would wear diapers for her.

Even with her diapers, she will sometimes tells us she needs to pee.

Key thing here is not to force zara to the potty…they might get so upset and refused to budge.

Yup, once they’re ready they’ll let you know. No point rushing and forcing, it’ll make things worse!

damien was only toilet trained when he’s about 2..and..my mum’s the one who trained him..and just like Diva, mum went through of the same thing of mopping, washing and cleaning..he was trained in about 2 weeks too! 🙂

*sigh*… is like tht wan lar, I got my mom and MIL nagging me before, in the end I tell two of them “you come and do it for me, otherwise don’t tell me what to do anymore.” *geram*

really lor, when the toddler ready, they will show the sign, all we need to do is just pay more attention to them, then we will know when it is, very simple thing, why have to stress ourself every half an hour to put the toddler on potty.

My Mil never pressured me…hehe…she trains bb herself. 🙂

My MIL too pressured me to potty train Justin since newborn. Can you imagine asking a newborn to “shi shi” every 10 minutes? I got sick of it and left the “training” until now! Justin still not potty trained. But he’ll say pee pee or mmm mmm when he’s done.

She can tahan use pampers whole day ah? Its too hot for my boys. I only use nappy.

My boys also scared of potty. Why ah? So, I just encourage them to do it in the toilet 🙂

It takes some time for her to get used to new things so dun give up! Again, why dun you try dishing rewards for everything new she managed to learn?
