Hate to be in your shoes but yea, things like this needs to have persistence. I’m sure you are keeping all the email and letter copies sent. I hope the Small Claims Tribunal helps but that also mean you might have to make a trip to Sg just for it.

As a tourist, u can go to small tribunal court, ur case will b heard within 24hrs.

I tot such thing only happens in Msia. :p. Anyway go ahead with Case or better straight to Small Claims Tribunal. Case is pretty slow and they r only like middle man. Don’t give up pursuing. Keep calling n make their life miserable!

wow…what a con case!! hope u’ll be able to get back the 810…that’s a lot of $$$. some more dare to associate with LVMH, gosh!! we plan to spore too later in d year & actually lookg for apartment too instead of hotel, so great that u share…we’ll be more careful 😀
