My parents tried the foot massage in one of the Reflexology centre just to give it a try and they didnt like it. The masseur literally look like muaythai punching. Ended up with bruises O.o
My mum prefer to go home ones like some grandma (for some reason they really good at massaging). Pay any amount you like. Of course has to be reasonable la.
