Soy Milk is very good for health. Soy milk contains only vegetables proteins. Soy milk contains no lactose. Soy milk contains the prebiotic sugars stachyose and raffinose. These sugars boost immunity and help decrease toxic substances in the body. Soy milk contains no hormones and reduces cholesterol. Soy milk is rich in isoflavones, which facilitate reduction of cholesterol, easing of menopause symptoms, prevention of osteoporosis and reduction of risk for certain cancers.

Got it from China, it really effortless to prepare a homemade soy milk.
