In reply to a-moms-diary. A-Moms-Diary, Hubs and I don't take pork, but we let the girls have pork. Filipino helper used to cook pork at home, but somehow after a while, Zara stopped eating them (the only pork she takes is Bacon and Xiao Loong Pau). So now, we don't cook pork at home any more, but I'll still buy char siew rice, or order pork dishes for the helper and Zaria.

Hmm…how is it that Zaria is a pork eater when none of you in the house does? I mean, I’m sure you don’t cook pork at home right? Haha…sorry, I digressed from your post.

I love the street food in Taiwan. We didn’t like the sour plum drink in Danshui too.
