Jes chkd, the carbohydrate per serv for Enfakid is 24g! No wonder all these milk r so sweet. They dun take growing up milk since last yr. They’re taking oatmilk n soya bean.

Looks like there is a debate going on. I really want to know who is the one started this. I still do not believe that milk is the main source of obesity. If yes, both my kids should not be so thin!! hahahaha…

Try regular cow’s milk, oatmilk, goat’s milk. all are nutritious an natural. Research your AHA/DHA’s too because some are synthetically produced! We get our omega’s from fish and perilla oil in our cereal. 🙂

Actually you would be surprised to find out that only South East Asians drink formula milk all the way up to 5 years. My son’s paed back in Sydney only recommends formula up to 18years for the extra iron and to switch to regular fresh milk there after. (That is if mother decides to stop breastfeeding)

Is there a reason why formula or growing up milk is essential up to 5 years?

i just switched qiqi and the boys to normal Fernleaf, which hubby and I have been drinking all the time. Sesuai untuk seisi keluarga, no more headache replenish all different types of milk at all time now 🙂
