I am trying my very best too… and so far the kids know sweet things are not good for health.. However, they still got consume some sweet things but we try to minimize as much as we can…

For example, we will go through the party bags together and negotiate on the items inside…

I do watch the sugar intake.. but not by reading the label. Still at the home level where I limit the intake.. can’t hold them when they eat at parties and dig into those party bags.

Hehehe…I am guilty of popping sweets in my mouth like pop corn. My gal like more sweetie thing but I can control her intake.

Ahem…..I don’t do sugar watch like this at my homefront so as long as we are aware that we only take things in moderation…not too much and not too little of something.
