I started on juicing too just about a week back, using my philip free-from-redemption blender. Blend and swallow everything each morning as breakfast replacement. To make it taste better, I add cold milk + some yogurt drink instead of water. For a fuller tummy, I add 1-2 Tbsp instant oats to my juice. Yummy..yummy!!

Thank you for the website. Juice is carrot and orange.

Chloe’s Mummy,
That’s what they advertised right? DHA -> Brain power.
Btw, try blending your juice longer and see if it’s ok. Mine as long as it’s longer and mix with enough water.. it’s not ‘pasty’.

Chew Lee,
What is considered ‘good juice’ for Malaika?

Mummy Regina,
Hehe.. hope the email clarify things.

Rachel,
Juicer is more work.. Blender I think is less. Just rinse and you are ok.

Mamapumpkin,
We take local fish, as we think buying local is fresher, cheaper. The imported cot and salmon of course more expensive.

I have a normal juicer and I regret it cos it is so hard to use and clean. but i like blending too to retain the fibre. so i have a simple blender, yours look so cool. if only i knew earlier and not buy a juicer and then a blender but use the total amt of money to buy a better quality blender. 🙂

u drink beetroot juice? that’s healthy..

Maybe I need to upgrade my Philip blender to yours with the Smoothie mode 🙂

Hey, you attribute the girls’ intelligence to the milk? Give you and your hub some merit la haha. I don’t buy their claim that their milk makes kids smarter and/or healthier. I stopped buying Enfa ever since it went beyond RM70 for the 1.8kg tin (now 1.7kg only). Got money also won’t buy haha!

Currently I am just using my cheap Panasonic Blender.

What is that orange color juice? Mango?

I couldn’t get myself drinking blend beetroot. You are ok with the taste or you add something else.

I found a good website on juicing, http://www.juicing-for-health.com/index.html. Check it out when you are free.
