This is really great and I, too, am a bread maker, albeit recently.

I have been trying to find out where I can get rye flour. I lived in KL/Kajang. Would you be kind enough to recommend where rye flour can be bought?

I think hubby encouragement is very important lo, otherwise, no more home baked bread.

I am a bit lazy to bake bread, have to wait for it to proof and proof – take too long.

You can try to bake the Bushman bread from Outback Restaurant. Taste wise, very similar. And it tastes so good to spread on butter. Yum Yum.
